Malgré l’émoi créé par la dernière mini-tempête de neige, il semblerait que nous avons encore une fois résisté à ce dernier assaut de Dame Nature. Bien évidemment que le retour du beau temps a déjà incité plusieurs de nos membres à préparer des évènements qui vont permettre de jouir de nos magnifiques Porsche.

Au mois de mai deux belles balades : la première organisée par Bob Powers aura lieu le 15 et la deuxième, maintenant un grand classique du printemps, la balade au Lac-à-l’Eau-Claire le 23 mai préparée par Laurier Plante. Pour plus d’information, voir notre calendrier www.rennsport.ca.

Il manque encore les détails dans le calendrier pour notre rassemblement sur la rue Crescent pour le Grand Prix de Montréal. Andy Evangelidis qui est sur ce dossier depuis plusieurs mois attend des réponses des nouveaux organisateurs de l’évènement. Consulter régulièrement notre calendrier pour les dernières nouvelles de cette belle sortie.

Despite the shock of the recent flash snowstorm, it would appear that we have made it through another winter. Of course the beautiful weather brings out our P-cars and members have organized events that will enable us to enjoy them.

As well and the late month DE will be several opportunities to exercise your Porsche. Bob Powers has set up an Ottawa area Coffee run on the 15th of May. Later in the month Laurier Plantes has organized his 3rh annual visit to the Auberge Lac a L’Eau Claire. More details are available on the calendar on the website.

At this point one item still missing from the calendar is the Grand Prix gathering on Crescent. Andy Evangelidis has been talking to the Crescent Street authorities for months. However, due to changes in the Grand Prix organizing, we have not been able to get the final details of any planned activities. Andy has been promised an answer any day now, so keep checking the calendar.
