SALUTATIONS MEMBRES RENNSPORT!

Comme mentionné dans la dernière infolettre, le comité d’organisation RSR 2011 a récemment envoyé le rapport exécutif proposant la liste des candidats pour le comité des directeurs exécutifs du club Rennsport 2012. La semaine dernière, lors de la réunion mensuelle du comité, le rapport a été discuté et unanimement accepté. Voici la liste des candidats proposés pour le comité de direction 2012 :

Conformément aux règlements du club, la prochaine étape sera de voter sur la liste proposée à l’AGM.

L’AGM de Rennsport aura lieu le 29 mars à 19h30. La réunion se tiendra dans la salle de conférence du Best Western de Hawkesbury, en Ontario. C’est lors de l’AGM que vous pourrez poser des questions et donner vos commentaires ainsi que participer de façon active à l’organisation du club. Tous les membres de la région Rennsport sont les bienvenus à cet événement. Si vous désirez participer, veuillez confirmer votre présence au president@rennsport.ca. Votre courriel nous permettra de nous assurez qu’il y a assez d’espace dans la salle de conférence. De plus, cela nous permettra de vous transmettre les informations nécessaires pour participer à la réunion.

Existing By Law:

3. Membership in the Corporation shall be limited to persons owning a Porsche automobile, their family members and their delegates, who are interested in furthering the objects of the Corporation and whose application for admission has received the approval of the membership chairperson. A Voting Member is defined as the person or persons shown as Member in good standing their Affiliate or Family Member in the PCA Rennsport Region data base within one month of the Annual General Meeting, or their nominee.

Change to:

3. A Voting Member is defined as the person or persons shown as Member in good standing their Affiliate or Family Member in the PCA Rennsport Region data base within one month of the Annual General Meeting, or their nominee.

As I mentioned earlier this month the RSR 2011 nominating committee recently sent the executive a report proposing a slate of candidates for the 2012 Rennsport Executive board of directors. Last week, at the board meeting, the report was discussed and was universally accepted.  Here is the nominating committee's proposed slate for the 2012 Board of directors:

As per the RSR By Laws the next step will be to vote on this proposed slate of directors at the AGM.

The Rennsport AGM will be held at 19:30 on the 29th of March. The meeting will take place in a conference room of the Best Western in Hawkesbury Ontario. All Rennsport Region members are welcome so please come and participate. Should you wish to attend please e-mail me at president@rennsport.ca . The e-mail will enable us to assure that there is enough space in the conference room, and that I can send you all of the appropriate documentation to aide your participation in the meeting.
