The Admin
Login and navigate to Videos
Click on the small Icon 
Enter a Title and some text about your video
Find your video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Y4e1NBU23p for example
Take the characters at the end and put them in your message like this without the quotes {"youtube}5Y4e1NBU23p{/"youtube}
Select the Miscelaneous Section
Select the Videos Category
Click Save at the Top
Your video will be reviewed then approved by an administrator
