Escapade (Gaetan Ouellette)

September 8 to September 10, 2023 Coffee Run in the Eastern
Township

Hello all Porsches’ fellows, as previously announced, this fall the
Ottawa area is organizing a coffee run in the Eastern Township more
precisely on the Wine Route on September 9, 2023. The starting point
will be from Hotel Chateau Bromont on September 9 th at 10:00 o’clock.
The journey will include the visit to 3 wineries in a comfortable bus
(police monitors), which will allow you to savor the different wines
available in each of the wineries without stress and will avoid dust and
stones unpleasantness. A lunch and wine degustation are also
included. This event is unfortunately limited to 40 people so make sure
you make your reservation ahead of time.

For the ones who want to make the pleasure last, a block of 10 rooms
have been reserved for Friday September 8 and a block of 20 rooms
for Saturday September 9. The last coffee run of this kind organized 5
years ago was a real success.

The following information and steps are very important for you to
follow if you want to ensure your place at this event. After August 5,
there will be no guaranty for both the hotel rooms and the wineries’
visit.

You need make your reservation and purchase your ticket for the wineries
visit on the Rennsport web site at the following web page:

Please contact Chateau Bromont at 1-888-604-3068 for your hotel
reservation. Please make sure that you mention the Porsche
Club Rennsport when making your hotel reservation.

Friday September 8 2023:
If you have made your hotel room reservation at Chateau Bromont,
the price for two people will also include breakfast on Saturday
morning, taxes and service for 322.00$.

Reserved parking for Porsches will also be available.
For the ones coming in on Friday a little get together will be organized.
More information to follow.

You can reserve your hotel now or have until August 5 th to reserve e or cancel.

Saturday September 9, 2023
You should have reserved the wineries’ visit through the Rennsport’
web site to guarantee your place. A maximum of 40 people will be able
to attend.

The cost for the event will be 175$ per person and will include the visit
of three wineries in a bus, degustation, lunch and taxes. There will
be no refunds after August 5th.

If you have made a hotel reservation the cost for two people will
include the room, 4 service dinner, breakfast on Sunday morning,
taxes and service for only 500.00$

Reserved parking for Porsches will also be available.

Sunday September 10, 2023
Breakfast at Chateau Bromont. The cost was already included in you
room reservation.

After breakfast it will be time to go back home or continue to visit the
Eastern Township environment.

I hope I can count on you to participate as I am sure it will be a
success.

It is also very important to inform me if you have any special
requirements for the wineries’ visit or for the dinner at Chateau
Bromont.

For the ones arriving on Friday September 8, there is no diner
organized but there will be little get together. More information to
come for the ones attending.

The bus for the wineries’ visit will be leaving Chateau Bromont at
10:00. For the ones coming on Saturday, please make sure you are on
time. If you made a room reservation for Saturday night and you are
coming on Saturday morning, you will have access after the wineries’
visit which should be around 4:00 o’clock.
