Once again, the annual February Iced Coffee Run proved to be a refreshing blast of winter adventure. On Saturday the 28th, thirty-seven brave members, including eight Porsches, set out on a scenic drive through Carleton Place, continuing on to McDonald’s Corners, Maberly, and Westport, before finishing the journey in Newboro at the Stagecoach Inn Restaurant (https://kilborns.ca/stagecoach/ ).
The day concluded with a cozy and satisfying lunch at the charming restaurant, where warm soup was especially appreciated after the chilly outing. To add to the festivities, eight $50 gift certificates were raffled off for Kilborn’s on the Rideau, a beloved local shop known for its gourmet deli foods, artisan cards, kitchenware, home décor, furniture, and stylish clothing and footwear.
